You want an auto-sensing BNC and RJ45 combo PCI.

Or in English: a 10/100mb/s card with both connectors on it. They're fairly expensive, but it's worth it.

We'll be selling both 10Mbit (combi) and 10/100 autosensing (RJ45 only, it's what we only use on our networks) for £18 and £28 + VAT respectively (£21.15 and £32.90 respectively). Sure you can get them cheaper from mail order but do they install and configure them for you? I think not :-)

Wizz, reserve one for me server, it only has 10MBps at the moment.

Actually, bring plenty :-)

Oh, and would you mind awfully if I installed it meself? http://www.wireplay.co.uk/ubb/smile.gif
As usual, I will be on hand to help anyone with network card installations/problems, as last time the MPUK guys were swamped, and it would have taken 4ever without myself and others too, who helped people out.

If you need to find me, Im the tall, lanky streak of **** wearing crappy tracksuit bottoms and a sweatshirt, attempting to get everyone to play Tribes. On an evaluation copy, obviously.

We'll probably be bringing about 50, on top of other general PC kit (memory, processors, motherboards, hard drives, etc.). Well, might as well use our credit limits to some good use :-)
