Which patch? Online Queries

After just completing The game
I find out I need a patch to play it on wp,
Where is it and how big is it?
Is it worth playing Onlne?

Evidently WirePlay tested it online with the american 4.3mb patch but many of us have used the 14.3mb international patch...

There doesn't seem to be any noticable difference though...
