I'm in Baishi, where else!

I just travelled from Shoushi up to Baishi, when I thought I was heading to Yanshi :p

I did get all my spells up to level 2 tho, which was nice, thanks to several people. I died on the way up tho and ended up back se of Shoushi at the lifestone. It drove me mad... I did manage to get my stuff back tho... had a lot of close shaves with hard monsters after my stuff ran out and I couldn't cast any more spells!

Now I'm in Baishi, I've got a long journey back to Shoushi, but hopefully I can take out a few of those monsters on the way back this time... and do some more cunnning dodging :)

Stick to the roads round there :) I think you will run into some hard basts away from them. Impressive to make it out there in the first place at that point. If you can get there, you can go to all the non-mountain Sho towns. Tou-Tou is nice and has a big tower (on peninsula north of Hebian-To). Just watch out for the Hunter-Shreths. My favouite 2 towns so far are Lin and Al-Arqas.

Hint: I have a sack with portal directions bought from barkeeps in the various towns. You could just d/load them but I find it more fun to try and do things like that in game.

Since AOL just extended my free 10 hours, with another 10 hours when I called to cancel, I shall go and head up to Yanshi, or die... whichever comes first :p

Oh, and try and get past level 3, what is the highest level you can get?

Yanshi would be good and a bit safer :)

The highest level is supposed to be 126 but no-one has got much above 60 yet, I think.

Wonder what super powers you get on such high levels... I bet no rabbit can resist your spells then!

I am not sure how getting to 126 will help. The skills get capped at 200 and the number of other skills you can train will be severely limited due to the very good skill point allocation system.

I imagine someone has worked all this out, but I would rather go on very frightening runs out in the middle of nowhere than look for it.

God, tell me about those runs... I just went to Cragstone from the portal near Hebian-To... I then proceeded to head for Holtburg from there. I think that has to be the longest journey I've done, and I died 1/4 of the way in so I had to get back there... I got to Holtburg though, which was nice, but there was nothing there so I portalled back to rithwic and then to Shoushi [with the help of someone giving me the co-ords of the rithwic portal ;) ]
