goto set up your own lan game and then goto advanced options....

once there... look at "How To Punish Team-Killers" thingie...

now? wat do u think... from the available options.... is the best solution

We have had no problems with getting stuck when running that option over lan at [GBH] Phantoms house, if you are going to use that option I would put it on 3 tk's before action is taken, but its up to you.
