Err...you mean that sentient being lurking at the back of your desk?

The one that's sitting there constantly formulating it's evil plans to undo all that dilligently prepared and regularly saved work you've been doing?

Or the "It used to print out this way, but now it doesn't anymore" type.

So, that'll be the time delayed, printer settings reconfiguration application I installed in the dead of night, while no-one was watching, just so I could get you to call me up and waste more of my time.
