..when you get the game? :)

Was Monza for me (I was a bit of a cheat and downloaded the beta? version) closely followed by Monaco :)

I know when I get home on Friday with the retail version I will be going straight onto Monza again :)

well its gotta be Monaco-just to see if there is any slowdown on the graphical side of things-closely followed by good old silverstone. How bout we all post lap times in the forum too-take a screenie with hypersnap or something like that.
i am chomping at the bit now-me force feedback is out of retirement and is sitting waiting ready.

I went on Silverstone first, mainly because i just clicked on drive and never altered the track. It was then monaco, as its the real graphics test ain't it. Then Hockeniem, and then Monza. Must admit monza's one of my fav tracks. Imolas used to be on Gp2, but the changed the track and slowed it down :(

I took a 5 or so lap spin around Silverstone, followed by Monaco to do a graphics test, as I really didn't want to upgrade again so soon :) Well, with full detail, 1024x768 (there was a higher graphics option btw) It runs super smooth (PIII 600, GeForce DDR, 160 meg ram) which makes me very happy. As for getting it Friday, no way! I work in a retail store that sells games..........so i'll buy mine on Thursday when it comes in! heehee............
I just hope the force feedback is diff from the 'beta' Thats my only gripe.

I may go against the flow and choose spa, though in the event it will probably just end up being whichever track my mouse chooses in its random way :)

Suzuka was also always another fave, that will be one of the first too...

Hockenheim was great for those 180 degree
round-the-track-backwards-see-how-many-cars-we-can-take-out situations.

Dont tell me I am the only one that did that either ;)

heh, why do you think Monza was always my favourite LSM? :E

Germany and Canada are a pretty close second for that though :) It's even more fun going backwards now, as you stand a good chance of flipping the car you hit :smokin:

Did you ever manage to chop a car in half?

Ah hell yeah, pretty much all tracks with any kind of straight got that treatment, which usually came out of frustration after loosing the front/rear wing at a 1st corner pile up. Go back to the pits and get another one? Nah lets take out the top 6 cars in a suicidal reverse run.

Frequently I managed to get the car down to just a monocoque, the most bizaar occasion being when the engine could still be heard and revved despite not actually being attached anymore :)
