^D1g1tal, How do u programme and assign the buttons on my ms sidewinder gamepad?

I have a microsoft sidewinder gamepad and can only assign 2 buttons( accelerate and brake), plus the d-pad.

(^d1g1tal) said that there was a way of programming all the buttons: A,B,C,X,Y,Z and the 2 back buttons. How?
