Mircrostar 6330 Mobo - Any good??

Is the Mircrostar 6330 Mobo Socket A mobo any good, my freinds building up a new machine and is wondering if the above board is worth purchasing (as the ASUS board comes in around 140 (£40 too much).

yes it is a very stable motherboard :)
it doesnt have clock multiplier dipswitches but u can change the fsb via the bios if u want to overclock
it supports 66mhz to 133mhz sdram dimms too
