Nope. I mainly play UT, and on a 56k modem there just isn't enough bandwidth for it so I've never used it.

Anyone know if it's feasible on 56k with GC? I figured it would take off next year once (if) broadband becomes a reality (HEY, ANYONE LISTENING UP THERE???) :angry:

I've tried it with other RTS such as AOE and it worked fine. It wasn't even too bad on Half-Life:TFC.

Ground Control doesn't seem too laggy even on low ping, so it my have enough bandwidth for Roger wilco. I haven't tried it, so I don't know if it mixes with sound effects OK.

It would be smart - the Ground Control text messaging is a bit limited.

Well whose for having a go one night just to see, might need to turn the sound effects down or even off (which would be a pity), but a trial run would determine that. I dont mind hosting and creating, could even password it if neccessary, or someone else can do it, what'der think :)
