Your site is very plain and precise, possibly a bit too precise to the point of looking dull, I'm afraid. Like Konador said, the colours are a bit dull and the site appears empty - it needs pictures. A lot of people are afraid of pictures, despite the fact that we're not all using 28.8 modems anymore and you can get programs which will compress images effectivly.Although the images have to be related to the content, or they're just pointless decoration, and that's a big no no in the web world.

Good, clean and functional if dull (and sooo slow! :) ).

anywayz, the pic thing is an idea peeps keep saying, but i need to find some nice one to keep the 'precise' image going. the colour fingy is also being adressed as we speak. im looking into a new scheme for it.

as for my host, they is crap.

im looking about for a new one.

i spect WildWayz will chip in again, tee hee hee :) wiv some suggestions !!

I really like the site mate. The one thing I hate in sites is messiness, and your site is the least messy i think ive ever seen.
Nothing that wrong with the colours in my opinion, I think the grey looks good. Altho - if i were designing the site, I would make the top frame a much darker grey and have the banner thing with white text. It would give an extra dimension of colour and tone to the overall feel. And the light blue isn't that menacing, bit too...gentle for the site it's on.

From a design point of view, I love your site and i can empathise with the amount of work it must have taken, specially with all the hand-made scripts and that.
Looks very professional.
oh and one more thing - on the Join form, i think u should have the asterisks next to the required fields instead of the unrequired ones, tis the way with most sites, and could get confusing.
and if u get the time, either u or deano should work on a very simple logo. Maybe just the letter A in a circle or something like that, and put it in the top right and bottom left. Or something like that. A recurring logo is very memorable and would help people get to know your clan.

FYI: i changed the layout of the site a bit last night. taking up your vdark top bar theme. take a look and see what i mean.

as for the flash logo thingy, i guess the best place for that is the top left, adjacent to the flash title. the top frame is 76 high.

Harriersfan - Do you mean you preferred it when the frame layout was not as it is now, or are you talking about the colors ??

Hammy - The top frame now runs all the way along, instead of butting into the menubar. As for the Flash, I will let your creative tendancies guide you :)

And the ASP m8y, the msg board and news board on my site are all done wiv ASP, so that might give you an idea of what you can do. Also, if you want to get started wiv ASP, the News section on my site is available as a seperate zip which is free to have. Although it might be a bit to complicated to start wiv, but it will expose you to alot of ASP techniques.

tHATS A LOT BETTER NOW, BUT i STILL THINK THE GREY IN THE mAIN SECTION SHOULKD BE DIFFERENT. sEEING THE REST OF THE SITE IS BLUE, WHY NOT CHANGE IT. iT WOULD LOOK BETTER.

as for the main page colour, i am going to change it to a light blue, but i fink that willb e ott, as the rest is blue too. i favour another grey. what do you fellas suggest ??
