Favourite Actor and favourite actress?

Just had a look around and it doesn't seem we have had this post before, and it would be interesting to see the variety in choice, so lets discuss about our fave actors and actresses in from any film. Maybe perhaps add your favourite film of there's in too??

ummm this is a bit like word association. Its just the first to great actor/actresses that just pop into your head. Ask this question again in a month you might get a different answer :)

In actual fact I'm pretty much happy with Cusack choice but dunno about Winona :)

i couldnt narrow it down to 10- nevermind 1! but i have tried hard to and so here are my top 3 of each

actors:-
1. robert de niro

actresses:-
1. juliette lewis
2. jodie foster

I'm a big fan of the early Harrison Ford, but I think his last great film was Witness.

Hmmm yeah actually witness probably was his last movie where he actually made a real effort :)

So Witness was...(goes to imdb ... hang on ... nearly there ... Search Witness click Go button.... taps fingers on desk...Hmmm 2 Witness films hang on... Got it)

Witness was 1985.... Therefore 15 years since Ford actually worked hard and stretched his acting muscles.

He is a great actor but no real evidence since Witness ... Humph! Great shame.

This is gonna cause a stink but Tom Cruise is underrated and slagged off far too much!! :doom:
Look at the likes of The Firm, A Few Good Men and Jerry Maguire. He does act in muchos pantos as well but he can act when directed!!
Here's another one....I'm gonna get I know....Bruce Willis yes he plays the same kind of guy all the time but if it ain't broke.....
In the likes of Mercury Rising and The Sixth Sense the man does show a great range of emotion....but no vest's.
Nick Cage is class I have to agree. His earlier films really show this.
