I phoned them up a few nights back, they had no CM techies free at the time so they said they would get back to me. They did today.
They started upgrading the router on the 26th of July, and it is estimated that it will take about 4 weeks to complete. (They havent mentioned a time at all up until today). Shame that its another 2-3 weeks away (assuming they complete the work in that time - its and estimate not a guarantee). But hopefully after that time we will have a decent broadband connection at peak times.
