It runs great on my Pentium 3 733, with 128mb PC 133 ram, Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro Joystick and a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP.
My monitor which I found in a skip only goes up to 1024x768 though which I can play gp3 with full detail.

Shame I'm crap though :bigcry: :bigcry: :bigcry:

lo

it runs smoothly on me machine..

p3 600
128 mb ram
32 mb tnt2 card
resolution...err the one above 1024x768--can't remember what it is!!
sidewinder ff wheel and pedals.
works fine-no slow down except if your stuck at the back of the grid in a wet race when the processor works at around 250%!!
but otherwise its fine m8

K6-2 550, V3 2000, 128 Mb

Not too bad really, and I reckon the limiting thing is the processor, as upping the resolution makes little difference to frame rate.

Hi all - first post on this forum - got the game last week! Bad news is I've now got to get a FF wheel and pedals! :)

Nudges 100pc at full detail, at the top resolution (1200ish by something else :) ) and a full grid. This is SOOOO much better than F1 2000! Running on a P3 600, main screen on an nVidia TNT2 Ultra, secondary on a PCI Vanta, 128Mb memory.

Wow a compliment for GP3 :E

Nice to see a positive comment about the game for a change :)

Stickman, make sure when you get a wheel that you get one with a USB connector. That way you will avoid the bug that means that the wheel loses calibration :)

I have a PIII 500 mhz pc with 64 megs RAM and a 16 meg S3 Savage 4 GFX card. I only get 19 fps and graphics are s*hit.
It is fun to shunt Schumacher up the arse though and watch his wheels fall off :)

I'm running it on a PII 333-128 MB RAM-RIVA TNT 2
at a resolution of 600x800 (all details on) and it runs fine, 17 FPS :)

P3 750E, GeForce DDR, and 256 MB of RAM. It runs smooth as a babies booty (processor occupancy about 70-110 most of the time) at 1280x1024.
