I can get it to respawn a new window which goes to a target URL, but the main window ALSO goes to that same target!! How do i get the main one to stay put and just have the spawned window go off to the neww address?

And how do i get downloaded mp3 files(i used one of 60k on my page instaead of a midi) to load and play themselves on winamp automatically?

And does any1 know if IE5.5 has a MOD sound plugin preinstalled?

Thanks for any help you may throw my way.

For the linking problem you'll have to specify the target in the anchor tag, e.g.
<a href="abc.htm" target="_blank">
this should sort it:homer:
P.S. You're not testing it on Netscape are you? If so I think it's a common yet annoying thing that I've yet to crack.
