Can you get gp3 to work with 3d hardware acceleration?>
Could you tell me your graphics settings?

I take it your getting a fubared screen with spectrum graphics? I had the same, you need to DL the latest detonator drivers from http://www.nvidia.com. That should fix the graphics.
Shame it doest fix a poor game. :shakin:
Ive got the latest drivers mate! :(
It 'hangs' - just stops dead and i need to reboot :(
either that or i try and hit escape then it blue screens grrrrrrrrrrrr.
Ive anyones got a geforce sdr plz get in touch!! :)
Hope you find out the answer as I have the same problem, sometimes I can play for an hour B4 the PC locks up and the only way out is a restart.
My system is
PIII 500
196MB Ram
32MB Creative Labs Geforce1 (I've tried both creatives and NVIDEAs drivers)
Soundblaster Live
Microsoft Force Feedback Wheel
Anyone any ideas what is causing the random crashes
Sorry mate- I'm using a P3E with a GeForce 1 (DDR though) and I haven't had any problems at all. GeForce & CPU are both heavily OCed too. I just let GP3 choose default settings and it's all worked.
Chods
I got almost identical system to Big Ben, except its a GeForce 1 DDR. I don't have any lock-ups (touch wood!).
I wonder if that means its summat to do with SDR GeForce1s ? Cant see why though - they both have same amount of memory. The bandwidth difference wouldn't cause lockups, especially on a not-very-graphics-card-intensice game like GP3.
Hmm, this post is not very helpful, is it? Soz.

Are u using win98 or win2k?? Win2k is a no-go (believe me I have tried!)
Are you letting GP3 do the calibration when you 1st install?
Also, direct 8 is a no go, anyone tried it under Windows Millenium, as someone must have it installed now?
yo :)
Nah man, ive got windows 98 and directx 7.0a or whatever it is :)
Oh, and I do let gp3 try and callabrate it but it still aint workin :(
