Ok guys ! im in full time working doing summit i really do not want to do !!!

so in the nature of things im trying to get into web page design & development! the thing is i know nutting about
ASP-Jb-Pearl-Jave-etc etc ! now the thing is i cant really got to uni or college to learn these subjects could some of u chaps recommend some online guides and books that will help me learn / teach me ??
