Messy
has potential
get rid of all those banners and scrolly stuff and sparkly stuff
much too distracting
and i would recommend not using a background image

hope that doesnt sound too "moany old git", but i think im right :D
fix all that, and it'll be 100 times better

Sorry but those scrollers are very distracting. If you must have them, I'd suggest using a single one with multiple stories. There are some good "plug in" java applets that will do the same thing (and let you link directly to the story).

I'd also suggest dropping the background image. Somebody once summed this up perfectly when they said "you wouldn't write an essay on a sheet of wrapping paper..."

Don't mean to be hyper critical, just offering some observations.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

It does look very messy. Consider how graphics will appear on the page before using them - especially which colours will clash with others.

Using a background and then putting what you've written into (I presume) a table with another graphic as it's background not only doesn't make sense, but it also means the page takes longer to download, and as in some case it just looks plain wrong.

You've limited yourself alot using a plain black top banner and menu on the left - use a wallpaper or some other colour that will go with the other pages better. And lose the 'ticker'. It's too distracting, and again doesn't look right.
