Yes I know this question has been asked a lot on this board before but new modems might have come out since then or whatever. Anyway, which is the best modem for gaming, what pings do you get with it, how much does it cost, where can I get one? Any help would be appreciated :)

People will have different experiences from different modems, but as a little guide I get real good pings from my USR/3COM 56K Faxmodem (grey one), in Q3 I get between 110 and 160.

I get around 150 on TFC using bt free and a Creative modem blaster (the grey one) Cost £50-£60, any good retailer. £50 I believe from Dabs.com and £60 in Electronics Beautique.
