Can anyone hold a tournament??

I would like to know if anyone can hold a tournament for Wireplay. I want to host tourneys every Monday for AoE.

I was in training to become an endorsed host on the internet gaming zone.

Hi,
The best person to ask would be the Captain for AoE as he runs the official club.

I suppose no-one can really stop you running a unofficial tourney but if you can get it endorsed by a club capt then you may get advertsing etc.
