I have for trade: 95 AL Breastplate, Gold, nice design
1 x Reedshark Sleeves, AL 120(?)
1 x Yumi +60 Mod (good for vassels?)

Need amuli coat/top with > 120 AL

or.. If you have an amuli top but this doesn't interest you, tell me what you need and i *might* be able to get hold of it.

unk... I should think you're looking at +86% mod yumi's, equally as good armour, if not better, amuli is fairly prized, failing that you're looking at motes and shards...

Maybe a pair of shards or 8 motes... or a similar number of keys...

Don't take that as gospel though, I'm not fully up on the asking prices for such pieces of armour, you'll be wanting shaz or velvet for more accurate pricing...

I already have amuli, 188 AL Leggings and 90 AL top, its just the top that pissing me off due to the crap AL.

Oh well, guess im gonna have to kill a few more golems

Well, the top / bottoms were matching (black with gold strips and gold logo design) so he obviously got them together... although for some reason i cant cast imp 2 on the top so its pretty ****e.

I'm not really desperate for amuli, cause my charecters str is pretty low and I like to carry 700 arrows on hunting trips. So atmo i got to work on my str so i can carry arrows and the amuli armour..

Im quite happy with matty coat and grommie leggins atmo, but am just planning for future close combat situations (dungeons etc..)

Where can you actually *find* armour like this rather than having to trade your right arm to another player? They must come from somewhere originally right?

you need to be killin level 120+ beasties to get anything really good.

I'm a level 33 archer and I only carry 400 arrows at a time, why the need for 700?

I say forget carrying so many arrows and use the burden saved for better armour.

Well.. You could have figured this out but lvl 18 is a long way from lvl 33, therefore I don't give out as much damage as you and therefore need more arrows :)

If you're after a coat keep in mind that the coat to leggings ratio is probably about 1:10.. Nothing you can kill at level 18 will give you an amuli coat. If you're trading for one get a few motes.

You dont think I'm still hunting drudge slinkers do you? The beasties I'm hunting now take more damage to kill them, which means I use just as many arrows as I did at your level. Its all in proportion.

Your right about leggings, I couldn't ID them was relying on the inscribe... got them ID'd and they are in fact 118 :( What a bitch eh?

And Dentist, i took out 700 arrows with me last night, came back with 60,000xp and 20,000 worth of loot, so i must be doing something right :)

And as for armour... I could hunt in my birthday suit, all I do as Archer is hit and run, hit and run, etc... till they are dead, that way i don't take no damage

I find that being able to tank as an archer you get more exp in less time, hit and run tactics wastes arrows and is time consuming.

Maybe so, but when that Granite Golem gets a fatal hit on you you will be doing a lot more running (back to ur body)!

And I don't waste hardly any arrows, i always try to get them to run at me on the flattest or most consistent piece of land therefore you can get a few hits before they even get to you.

And on top of that I kinda enjoy legging it at full pace being chased by an assortment of monsters whilst whilstling the Benny Hill Tune :)

hmmmmm.....I know that everyone has different ways of hunting and stuff, but with all due respect nails I think if a lvl 33 was giving me advice at lvl 18 I might just give what they suggested a go????

Hes Lvl 33 cause hes been playing it longer, doesn't mean he has better strategy. I was taking on Banderling guards at level 2, so I kinda perfected my strategy doin this.

And im now lvl 19 you cheeky monkee! :)

And so forth

If they do hit me (which is very rare) they might get me for 10 points if theyre lucky, thats what having a high melee defence and good armour does.

Level 60+ beasties tend to hit me a bit but aslong as I dont have vuln or imperil on me they arent a problem.

I was only trying to give advice, obviously seeing as I've been playing the game long I'm going to have more experiance on the subject of being an archer.

Bah... you don't remember top trumps? You have a deck of cards for example with a different car on each one, with all the cars statistics... You choose which statistic you think will beat your nme's card (you take a card off the top of the deck on your hand), if your statistic beats them (top speed / 0-60) then you keep ur card and you get thiers as the prize, you do this untill you have all the cards.
