DIAMOND SUPRA EXPRESS PROBLEM!!!

anyone ever get this trouble cos its pissing me off BIG time.

when i connect to the internet i get about 2 mins of nice d/l speeds and surfing the net is fun, then my connection stops completely for 2 mins before returning me to another 2 minutes of fun. and so on again and again with these 'lag' sorta things. anyone else get this???

running a:
PII 350
192mb RAM
56k modem

and also just installed my SB live player 1024, and that seemed to just ruin my connection all together any help with dat???

2 questions. What ISP are you using? and has this always happened or did it start a few days ago?

im using either telewest (cable internet free thing) or wireplay direct.
and its only just started happening after i installed new ram and my sound card

any clue?

I have almost the same set-up and am getting the same problems. I dont think it's your computer causing the problems. They may be external. I have only had this problem in the last few days.
