Just wanna say it was a hard, well fought affair with the game twoing and frowing in the first half between GODZ, Tigers and TKFM. Tigers narrowly pipped it at the end after the usual "FFS KILL THEM ALL" command by Spec Ops:E

Second half was close again between Tigers and TKFM, but Tigers asserted themselves on what can only be described as OWNAGE of GODZ over the SU field:eek:

As to Pilot of the Match.... well i was too busy trying to remember my command keys to watch performances, so i'm gonna give it to Scream Squad for sticking with it throughout the match and not disappearing en masse after getting caned by every squad at sometime during the match.

just like to apologise,especially to ij for my bad language at times during the game.got a little bit frustrated ment to say somthing else and it came ouit as loads of swear words:-(.and does any one want to join godz we need a few pilots:-)

we only really use 2 to keep it basic and they go summit like this, to quote ops:

'RUN THE F*CK AWAY TIGERS'

'KILL THEM ALL TIGERS'

I shouldn't bother Coogs! I thought that being a Ref i would gain some good gen for Borg when flying as US, but Tigers just cracked me up and are no different to other squads flying US planes! The same amount of "FFS!"'s and "for good sake gain some height!" :E Saying that they pulled it around big time in the later part of the first half. You wouldn't have thou8ght they were atleast 20 points behind TKFM and GODZ with about 15 mins to go. Great flying and teamwork.

actually tigers didnt even see scream until the last 2 mins of the 1st half, lol. They kept godz busy for us (ty:E) and we took TKFM on most of the time. Scream showed great team work in re-grouping and gaining height, they just need to turn that to their advantage.

i didn't kill a scream in the match i dont think! shame :( hehe. Then 2nd half we just sort of wondered around until we found ourselves over godz where 2-3 of us stayed to pin them and teh rest went over to US along with TKFM and had a mass fight with scream!

Anyway Well played everyone nice to fly with you lot again. That was a really fun game and I enjoyed it V much. Ta to ems and all the old Godz lot. Good refs and an enjoyable experience for all.

I would like to appologise for the lateness of these results being posted. As Griz mentioned it was the first match that we had reffed and as such both wanted to make sure that our scores tallyed..which they did! :)

This was done on icq within minutes of the match completion and Griz was to email Ems the results whilst I posted them here for all to see. I was unable to do this despite numerous attempts to access this board and at 8:40pm, after 3 hours online, I decided to get some dinner! :) I retried at 11pm but I still could access the boards. **I've just got back home now** and am offering my appology to all involved!

As for the game itself, I enjoyed it a great deal and I'm pleased to say that everyone behaved themsleves so I didn't get to kick any backsides :( Lots of funny banter towards the end with a few choice words being thrown about but it all ended in smiles...

..of course it all began with smiles too because my illustrious friend Griz decided to add a crash to the US team before any pilots had entered the arena. Imagine the scene, the two new trainees eager to impress Laff and show him we're not complete idiots and the first simple instruction we get "taxi and park across the runway", end in laugh misjuding the wingspan of his p38 and its proximity to the US Officers mes...BOOM! Broke the ice I can tell ya! :laugh:

I would like to give a mention to both Scream and Godz who really had to do the best they could with pilot numbers that were fluctuating to say the least, not sure why the same wasn't happening to the other 2 though as they seemed to suffer less! hmmmmmm :E

** BTW I wrote that last night and couldn't get it posted then either..NB! Grrrrrr... :)

no ones actually pointed out (cept Rex -ty :)) that although godz actually started with 9 , within minutes we were down to 6 pilots . And its stayed at 6 as well ffs . Hence we did poorly , mainly in Soviets , we didnt do to bad for GE .

night on 2:1 odds against Godz ...in squad v squad combat , more so when the rest of them basts wandered over .
