Missing pages in GITS novel.

Has anyone here read the Ghost in the Shell graphic novel. If so did you know there are three pages missing from the english version which appear in the japanese version? I was checking out the "In the shell main" website when I saw this (http://www.neomythos.com/intheshell/).

What do they contain? Heres the description:

"These pages follow the altered page (shown on the right), which in its unaltered form shows three very naked women, two of whom are doing far more than just lounging on the boat."

Yeahh but i think that was removed for the Japanes version too if you get the Book Intrno Depo 1 then you get what he wrote and did and why but he took the pages out as they wernt very aporpriate and he felt a bit odd putting them into the book same with a few other tweaks in it. and minor changes.
