Ping rate on wireplay!

I have posted here a couple of days ago, and was told by support that my isp is the problem with lag and higher ping rates, well guys your wrong up until 4 days ago everything was fine, my ping rate was around 130 with a 56k modem, it is now around 350, which is all wireplays fault no one elses.

You have decided to change things around, and forget those on 56k modems, your service has gone down hill in the last week and you blame others for it, well I'm sorry! but get your act together or I'll use barrysworld servers, who I may add are fine.

You people really need to work on your servers if you wish to keep people on them. Otherwise your reputation will go striaght out the window.

From the tracert's you posted, your ping hits the roof as soon as your signal hits concert.

wireplay has moved some servers on to a concert feed, because for a lot of people it does improve connection speeds.

this also relieves some of the pressure on the old feed as well.

some people do not get a good speed of connection through concert because of how their isp routes them to it. wireplay is aware of this and that is why servers have been left on the old feed, just for this reason.

if the servers on the concert give someone to high a ping, then use the servers which have been left on the old feed, and this feed isn't as stressed now, because of the servers moved to the new feed.
