lo
i have a FIC kb-6130-v mobo with 128mb ram(2x64 168 dimms),p3 450mhz (@505mhz).when i run a memory bandwidth test (sisoft's sandra)i score less than a celeron 366 with 128 sdram !!!,it show the average p3 500 128mb scorce and im way off .is this a mobo problem or ram .could you please help its like whistling with one lip.everything else(cpu etc) is in the green
cheers in advance

The memory tested on the Sandra benches is running at 2-2-2 timings and you may be running at 3-3-3 which will be slower.
Check your bios for memory timings
CAS latency
RAS-CAS
Ras Precharge time

Does this board have a VIA Apollo chipset?

If so, then that's just a trait of the chipset, I don't think there are any adverse effects of it, except that the benchmarks look crap for memory. Everything seems ok otherwise with the Apollo based boards.
