Please can you help - whenever I'm playing poker the game shuts down after only a couple of hands - whether I have proposed the game or not. A win dll error message appears saying the software has performed an illegal operation and basically kicks me out.

hmm, apart from a clean reinstall of the software, not much springs immediately to mind.

post more details on what the error says and we'll see what we can find out....

I agree with champ if you remove and I would download the game again what means of connection are you using wireplay direct or ??? what error message ?? what have you got running in the background ?? and does it doit with anything else ???
