Strange that. Hakkinnen cries and he's labled a pansy. Barrichello cries and the world joins in with his emotion. Schumaker cries and I laughed.

It's not the first time he's cried on TV, though. Whe he cheated Damon out of his first World Championship in Adelaide, he was seen crying while he thought he had blown it.

Ok i dont really like schumacher or hakkinnen , my fav driver since i started to watch F1 in 95 has been Alesi. Anyway i think it was emotion and im glad that hakkinnen asked for the interview to be stopped. It made me think more of both of them.

He was upset as he had recently visited the grave of his hero Aryton Senna and had equalled his record of 41 wins...the second highest tally in F1 behind Prost. Add to the fact he thought the championship was Mclarens again due to the remarkable speed, reliability, blah-blah-blah.
Mainly though being asked about Senna's record in the Press conferance sent him over the edge.
Nice to see he is human.

Watch for Montoya next year he is out to destroy!!
