When I run the wireplay software, or if I RMB on the wireplay direct internet connection and select connect, the computer dials wireplay, then it says 'verifying username and password' then as soon as it changes to 'connecting..' my computer locks up completely, requiring a hard reboot (and 5 minutes with scandisk) to clear. It does it every time. HELP!
