Ok, my Asus WORKS but the downloads make my old BT Ignition look like a cable modem. Well not quite, just that I get a max of 7k/sec (7.6k/sec on BT Ignition) on the Asus 64k and 14k/sec on 128k. I have heard of people getting 8k on 1 channel and 16k on 2. Now that is quite a significant amount.
Also on Speed tests at 128k it sees my connection being 108k every time.

What do other Asus peeps get, and are there anywayz to increase my downloads (without buggering up my ping which is about 70).

Depends what site im d.loadin from :)

Try using download accelerator for quicker d.loads http://www.downloadaccelerator.com I dont think theres much you can do to tweak the card.

Most of my d.loads are around 7.5 on 1 line 14-15 on both,
though when im using Napster it 'reports' 16k a lot of the time.

Wow, 2k/sec faster than mine. Do you have an Asus card?

Well I downloaded download acceleator. My download speed is reporting that its changing between 15k to 13k-9k very quickly bouncing up and down. Does this mean anything to you guys? Packet Loss perhaps?

Got iSpeed and played around with it and my downloads now hit 15k/sec, and webpages are noticeably faster and more responsive. Great bit of software, problem is I haven't tried it out on games, and I have to pay for it after 21 days :(

Help?
