ISDN Pings improving?

Hi guys,

I've been running on BT Highways service for about a year now, connecting to Wireplay servers using BTFree. I have a speedway card. Up until about a week ago, I was pinging generally between 70-100 on CS on the powerplay servers, and was very happy with that.

Over the last week, without any changes made buy myself, my ping has dropped to between 50-70!! :E

Now, I am not complaining about this (:)), but I did find it very strange.

Has anyone else noticed a ping improvement recently?

I am guessing that you are playing on servers connected to the new net feed (as posted in Gameplay Stuff), as despite the many complaints from the users of some ISPs, BT's connections to the new Concert feed do seem to be much better.

I am very happy with my btfree lately :)
maybe its loads of people have started using the btsurftime (6pm till 8am)

I'm very unhappy wih the increase in ping 50-60 up to 120-140.
