how do i get my IP when i'm running through proxy, so people can connect to my rger wilco host and my CS server?

Not much info provided by way of what connection you've got but in the case of a LAN work enviroment you'll need to speak to the proxy server admin and let him know what ports you need opened (should be documented on RW site) who will promptly tell you feck off :) Well maybe not if your allowed to run a CS server :E If you just wanna know what your ip address is type ipconfig/all or winipcfg depending on your OS.
