Im going to Newcastle Uni in 2 days i now know i wont have Janet or ASDL in the Student flats im in :( bummer.

So anyone else going to Newcastle and want to set up a LAN or something ???

I'm not at Newcastle University but I am at University of Northumbria which is actually closer to Newcastles City Centre Shoppin area than Newcastle Uni itself :E

So I'll be knockin around in that area :)

I could be a pedant and point out that Newcastle Uni has lecture rooms closer to town but wtf, they're both close to loadsa pubs so wahey to you both you jammy b*stards...

UNN's Drill hall is behind mcdonalds which is in the centre of town, UNN is closer :p :)

Well, while I bein norty and looking at GP forums on UNN system (Gah, user logging doesnt pick it tho :) good ol SOE) there is indeed a LAN that happens newcastle area, pretty small tho so theres not a lot of Space, http://www.thekillingfields.co.uk dunno when next one is tho.
