Can someone please tell me how to get it to work???

Can I compile a database offline?

Where do I put the files for mySQL?? What files do I include???

u don't compile them.

MySQL has to be on the server you want the file to access it from.

Then you need the webhost to create the database and give you rights to use it.

THEN you can access it through Telnet or PHPMyAdmin (I think) to make tables etc
