New Wireplay navigation thingy (l33t)

With a few pointers from Kwee I've redone the navigation thingy on the Wireplay site. Where it used to be a series of very pretty but ultimately chunky and slow loading roll overs there's now a very pwetty DHTML table thingy - serves exactly the same purpose but loads a great deal quicker.

Main complaint: cursor actually has to be over the text to do 'right click -> open in new window' rather than just over the button.
