My usual days worth of snacks while at work usualy include:

a bottle of fresh orrange
a bottle of lucozade
a bag of cola bottles
a bag of jelly babbies
a herring sandwich
a toffee crisp
and lots and lots and lots of coffee

Well,

at work: 2 glasses of water, a nice Mars, and in the afternoon again 2 glasses of water a nice sausage (a very spicy 1 to wake up again).

An night, a can of pepsi Max and another Mars.
