Right, if my Cousin signs up now is there any way of him being able to pay when we arrive, the reason im asking is that i dont want to travel 210 miles only for u lot to say sorry you cant come in...

The only way to be guaranteed entrance to the event is to preregister and pay. We do accept people paying on the door but if there isn't any space then we may have to turn people away. Never happened before but we've come real close. People paying on the door are also not included in any seating plans and run the risk of missing out on the tournaments unless they register on the first day of the event (Friday in the case of i6).

Best bet is to sign up and pay (credit card is a good idea to give you the extra month to actually pay :)), then if you definitely know you're not going to be able to make it 2 weeks or more before the event then you can cancel and get a full refund.
