Order forms

Hi,
Could anyone help me with this ? ( I wonder)

I want to somehow place order forms on a webby... But a little unsure of whats the best bet
*Please Note the forms are only indended for ppl to make an order by filling it out online... they DO NOT need to make any payment. Its simply just to fill out details and email or fax it on.
I tried a few things 1. Producing it in excel and saving as a template .. didnt seem to work =(

also thought about flash but not to sure of interactivity in flash just yet.

If you just want to create a simple form you can probably do that with frontpage express that comes with IE normally if you do a full install, so it might already be on your computer.

If you want to have the form information e-mailed to you, you need to have the page send the details to a CGI program on your webserver. This will then bounce it to you. Your ISP should have details on how to do this on their pages somewhere.

If you want more specific info then post a reply detailing what you want to do.
