is it working for anyone using ICQ on NTL?

I know ICQ is working, but I can't seem to connect. Just wondering if NTL are denying acces tonight like they have with other things for the past few days..

looks like a farily well spread problem. Theres a few people mentioing it on the ntl newsgroups.

One more problem for them to sort....
