Argh! guess what.. surprise surprise but BT screwed up by not booking it with the engineer correctly. Had to spend most of the day waiting around for him to call.. so finally chased BT and they assured me it had been booked. Problem was they seem to have neglected to tell the engineer.

I hate BT with a passion!

I now have to wait till next week :-((( *sob*

Sorry to hear that Toadster :( What day next week did they arrange?

This is just making me almost certain that the ****wits WILL not be round my house on Friday to install like they are supposed to be...
