If Money Was No Object, what would you like to do, as a job? and why?

If I wasn't struggling to earn a crust, I'd like to try life as a food taster for the Sultan of Brunei.

Without a doubt, an outward bound instructor teaching mountaineering, sailing, and canoeing.
At the age of 43 i passed the entrance reqiurements for just such a course at Bicton College in Devon, but fate stepped in and the missus came along.
It's very rewarding teaching something to youngsters, but especialy so when you enjoy the very things that you teach :)

I'd work for International Rescue.
Great job, can tie you a bit though.
On the plus side you do get one of those picture where your eyes flash when you want to talk to someone.
