I'd quite like a skin transplant, to get a more healthy looking tan effect. I suffer from the "milk bottle on the beach" syndrome whenever I go sunbathing. Shopkeepers love me, as the sales of sunglasses rise whenever I'm around.

On first thought i'd have to say my nose, but on reflection, i think theses type of things should remain as nature intended.
