Well the shine has been taken off the ITV-F1 site a little this morning for me due to the totally biased write ups submitted by their staff. I'll clarify this later.... :E

What a great race which saw some good overtaking, racing and tactics. Shame Mika blew up because the race would have been interesting with him catching Schumacher. (Even though the cars were on totally different fuel stratergies at that stage!!)

What was depressing to see this morning was ITV's journo's writing up the start completly wrong. They say in two or more reports that Schumacher inherited the lead from Coulthard due to him pitting for a stop-go penalty. HUH?? Did they not actually watch the three cars dicing for position. Arseh*les. If he was in a Mclaren it would be a different story no doubts. Thats not to take it away from Coulthard who had a good race to finish 5th eventually.

To cap it all though Coulthard's excuse for the jump start, not a dragging clutch or anything but he commented, "I was ready to go, they weren't. I would have made the better start anyway"
Oh my god the guy gets worse.

Anyway good performances from Frentzen and Villenueve but Barrichelo also did a good second half. :)

Who else was desperate to see Villenueve get on the Podium?

Out of the 6 people watching with me last night all wanted a podium for Villeneuve.

The move he made was slick but so was the track!!
If he had made it stick passing Frentzen it would have been one of the moves of the season for me.
