After watching my first full GP in 2 years, this track clearly demonstrates that the cars need to get rid off all the aerodynamics.
Look how close the racing was. We actually saw slipstreaming for the first time in ages. Overtaking on the track for the first time in ages.
It’s the wings that ruin the races the sooner they get rid of them the better.
Bringing back proper slicks would also help. The drivers complain of a lack of grip when following behind cars so why not give them some grip.

Come on this is the premier league of all car racing yet they race on grooved tyres. I know its for safety reasons etc but this is F1 ffs.

I do actually watch Indy Cars and Motorbike GP racing more then the F1 because all of their races are like this all the time.
I.E. With overtakes.
In an average bike GP you get more overtaking on one lap than during an entire F1 race. Some of this can be put down to their smaller size. But when you watch a Cart race they do actually overtake each other during the race and not during the pit stops.

F1 needs to either race on ovals every week or get rid of the wings.
You can bet all u want that the next race will be follow the leader.
Something needs to be done as fast to help F1 from dying a sad, boring death.

Hmmm it did show a remarkable difference at the Indy track i have to say but I love my F1 far too much not to watch it.

Thats not to say I am not a bike or Indy fan because they are so differnet to F1 which is so controlled by technology that handicaps have to be impossed. I'm sure they will try damn hard to get the racing back up to "speed" but it will take time and maybe the removal of Ecclestone and Moseley??
