Next years set of i-series LANs have yet to be announced. However, i7 will likely be in February or March... details to be confirmed shortly.

will you be considering haveing 2 venus and linking them sounds stupid really dont it just woundering if it was posible like haveing a WAN sort of thing like company intranet and 2 locations. Ok totaly unfesable but still nice idea for the futer be it way future :)

If i4 was big enough for 500 peeps, and i6 is big enough for 1000, will i11 cater for 2000? where the f00k is that gonna take place? famers fields?

i7 will probably be aiming for the 750 mark or so.. at the same venue as i5 and i6. They're building a new stand next door to the current one we use at Newbury racecourse, which could hold double the number easily... perhaps 2000 players might be a target for the end of next year? :) I'm going grey just thinking about 1000 let alone 2000 :).

The idea of WANs is something for the future. At the moment the costs of getting enough bandwidth installed in two venues to link them directly just isn't feasible. You'd need at least 100 megs and even that would groan on linking two LANs of 500+ machines. A gig line would be preferable but just try getting one of them installed :). Maybe in about 10 years (i40 anyone?) :)

oh be assured there will by an i7,8,9, as of course we will run a StratLAN4,5,6,7
