woooof...i've calmed down now, just saw the first six episodes (uncut, in japanese with subtitles)and this is the the most amazing anime i've ever seen. this is better than dragonball/robotech/gundam wing or whichever you can come up with!!!
and it's only just started airing in the US and it was out in Japan in 1996. this is so amazing i can hardly wait next week for the next six episodes...it helps when your uni has an anime society!!! :E
so if you see an Escaflowne video anywhere pick it up and prepare to be ****ING AMAZED!!!!!!

now if you'll excuse me i've got to back and see another new anime!!!
