Uni's & Games?

Seening as how we'll all be heading back to 'study' soon just wondering what the respective university's think off students using their network and/or computers to play games on, as mine has the rather simple policy of allowing NO games whatsever, including minesweeper!

well me's at kent uni and while they generally don't allow games they are lenient enough to let us have a Half-Life server..too bad i don't have my own PC yet...

but the internal msg board is full of people wanting to have game of Quake, Q2, HL....i don't think kent uni don't mind it that much as long as there are very few people playing

You lucky boyo! Over here we're specifically banned from gaming over the network and people have been known to have their connections/accounts cut off at 3am 'cos they were playing Quake :( Mind you - doesn't mean we don't play em :cheese:
