Won't P.O.S.T

I have a abit KT7-133 Raid and if I change any bios settings it fails to POST, At startup only the primary cd-drive is detected also but if I boot with a bootdisk both are accessable, I have a pioneer dvd and a hp cd-rw, they are both on the IDE1 chain, the pioneer is set to master and the HP is set to slave, any idea's?

P.S. (I'm not sure but i think the jumpers on the pioneer are wrong)

lo m8. i have Abit KT7 with HP-CDRW on master and standard 40X cdrom on slave with master and slave HDD's too.

I had a similar problem when i built my PC. i had to fiddle around changing the way wires are in and changing masters and slaves e.t.c.

Im using a diff mains cable and somehow it ok, really very strage.
