everyone knows they dont 'really' fight, but i look at it like a soap opera, and as so it kicks the sh1t out of east enders.

Think I give a damn if Wrestling's fake. Some people do it better than others because the other day I saw some ECW and it was so bad it was unbelievable.
How did they manage to make Shane McMahon fall 50ft from the Titantron then if it's fake. I've been wondering that for a while.
It depends what u define as fake, cause the wrestlers do hurt themselves but it is all set up.
Most of the fight is scripted (such as the big moves, who wins and people who join the fight) so that it will go along with the storyline (I think it would get boring and repetitive if they just left the wrestlers to make their own grudges) still, the documentry I saw last year about why Bret Hart left the WWF makes me wonder if not everything is scripted....
I don't like the WCW very much (no real storyline and most moves stop a few feet away from the target) but the WWF has had some quality moments :E
Everything in wrestling is scripted apart from the actual matches which the wrestlers sort out between themselves. If you like the Bret Hart documentary you should check out "beyond the mat" it's possibly even better than Wrestlin with shadows.

apparently the winner of the match and any major moments are pre-planned [ people coming down, tables, chairs etc] but the the main part of the match of the match is sprt out on the wire, sometimes u can see them whispering whats happing next to each other

Most of it's planned, including the match ups. Every1 is in on it, the commentator's, the ref, and camera men. It's funny watching Earl Hepner (WWF) referee a match, watch as he's about to count 3 and somehow his arm always hits the wrestler's and not the mat, just in case the one being pinned doesn't get his shoulder up in time.
All major moves are planned in advance, but they do make some stuff up to fill in the time.
Funniest bit is watching a wrestler join the commentators b4 a match, I mean talk about being obvious. Like he's not gonna interrupt the match or something at some point.
Stone Cold's return is the funniest, talk about setting things up. I expect his first proper match will be at the next BIG event in October, so they are gonna play the "who knocked me down" story until then. In the meantime, they'll try and set things up so he can do his Stunner move as many times as possible, but without him actually having to wrestle a match.
Still, i love it. SOOOOO much better then Eastenders/Corrie/Neighbours/Emmerdale and the rest of that crap.
Not all of it is planned though, ocasionally something unplanned happens.
Its still good entertainment though.

Well, yeah, you do get unplanned stuff happening.
Most obvious one i seen recently, was at Summerslam, when Kurt Angle got concussed when the commentators desk collapsed as HHH was about to do the pedigree on him, head first straight into the desk as it hit the floor. They had to make plans on the fly at that point. Still, gotta give Angle credit for coming out later and finishing off the planned ending they had scripted.
The unexpected stuff makes it even more entertaining to watch.

All of the popular stuff is faked.
Soaps, films, most "Vets" documentaries....Big Brother... :E
And we all know Football's faked, I mean, it's got to be, it's all scripted too you know :E
