He's compiled it without the Visual Basic runtime dll's, I'll take a guess it's vb6 based on the file name so get the files from here (http://hotfiles.zdnet.com/cgi-bin/texis/swlib/hotfiles/info.html?fcode=000Y8M&b=uk)

I don't care if the programmers board is dead in your opinion and you've done it before with web pages, do it again and I'll just move it :E Theres a reason for having different boards so there tailored for people's different interests.

You can compile Visual basic programmes with or without the runtime dll files, the reasons being size of file, if you make frequent revisions and keep compiling it with the runtime files in you waste peoples bandwidth and P them off plus it's a bunch of shared files that VB uses so chances are your audience has already got and installed the files from someone elses work. Most people provide a link to with and without on there own site.

Maybe the :dork:'s on the Programming (http://forums.gameplay.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=126) forum will be able to provide more info.

If the programming / webpage boards are dead, that means that not many people are interested in the mentioned topics.

By posting programming related stuff on a hardware board, your not suddenly going to change peoples interest etc, you will merely remove the purpose of having organised forums. :E

thats what methinks, so dont be disapointed if not many people comment on your program.

If you want to get banned, you're certainly heading in the right direction. These forums aren't here for your own personal amusement, they're for the use of everyone and keeping on-topic helps people to track down the help they need. There is a programming forum, please use it.
