how do i do this (Example webbie supplied)

in this webbie on the right handside of THIS (http://www.op4-central.com/) webbie, the bit where its scrolling up a list of clan matches, i think its java but can anyone point me in the direction of a script for it.

this is good, i remembered somthin, he stole my desktop, i showed him a pic of it and he went and got the skin himself, is that rude or what, jeez,
